My husband and I have 3 kids who are 1, 3 and 5 year old. In the event that both of us die, my mother has agreed to be their legal guardians till they turn 21.
We have about K from our home equity. She is in a fix income. We are concern that she might not have enough money to raise our kids. The last thing we want to do is to financially burden her after our passing.
In addition to the K and our social security payments (probably a few hundreds per month), what other financial support she will get from state/federal? Such as money from Child services for fostering our 3 kids?

So i have lived at my current home town for about 75% of my life and were going to move:( Im in my sophomore year and as some of you know or might think, its heartbreaking. My life couldn’t be anymore perfect; my friends are amazing and we love each other so much, my grades are good, teachers are perfect for my way of learning, Im trying out for basketball and i know Im gonna make it, and i already play badminton and have a current partner who Im used to playing with, and so on with dances and such. I brought up the sad news to one of my friends and we came up with the idea that my family could move to the other side of the bridge and i could live with her and her family until senior year grad and go home during breaks, holidays, and maybe weekends. I know some people might think its dumb because I want to stay here just because of my friends but there is also some good reasons: The new city Im moving is dangerous, it has many gangs and violence. I could probably never go out because I am a 15 year old teenage girl, I could very easily be influenced into drugs and stuff. ghetto neighborhood = ghetto school and lower expectations for education, my school would also be the type to have metal detectors. Also my house wouldnt be safe because it would take a while to instal security and such, might get robbed too -_____-. NOW my dumb reasoning: I would have to start all over including friends, teacher relationships, new graduation requirements, and classes might be ahead, behind, etc. and my life at my current school just became way better. P.S the reason were moving is because most of my family lives in the other city, and my mom might not have a chance to buy a house later on, we cant buy a house here because it is too expensive for a single mother.
conclusion: I have a perfect life at my current town/school. The new town id move to would be dangerous and i would have to start all over again. So i could possibly live with my friend until i graduate and i am old enough to move out, move to a college dorm, or have my own car and take care of myself.
question: would this be a good enough reason for court to let me have a temporary guardian? or is there a way i could live with my friend and not be questioned by my school?
PLEASE: no dumb answers saying "just move" or "thats really dumb", please a good answer helping me.
I have homeowners insurance with Alfa but they are not going to renew my policy because I do not have car insurance with them……I don’t have a car.
He supposedly has a warrant for an unpaid fine for driving on suspended license. And last night a guy locked him out of the house after threatening his girl cousin that he was going to knock her teeth down her throat. So he broke their window and they pressed charges. I wanna know how long he will be in jail?

My house has ADT monitor system with all doors, windows, Fire and glasses censor monitored. We got broke in. They broke the glass door to the back yard, but the glass censor did not pick up the sound (the glass censor is placed on top of the glass door) and did not set the alarm off to notify the police.
They cleaned up my house 
Any advice on how to take care of this situation.

I bought a surveillance camera, connected all the cables and all but I have yet to be able to view the image through the internet. I was able to view the image through my home wireless router but I can not see it from another router except my own. does anyone knows how to do so, I need help.

i want to make a surveillance camera which takes shots and storing them into a sd memory card, and have it programmable to either do motion detection or something similar… along with a way of power source, either outlet or battery source.
i’m just trying to make it simple, without having to run a laptop, or pc that consumes way too much energy. suggestions?
Chrysler Neon 2000 with a aftermarket car alarm and automatic locks (possably saperate devices). Not my install, unknow makes.
I recently installed a new car deck, before I started I unhooked the negitive from my car battery (positive is STUCK, thought It’d be okay). After the Car deck installation, whenever I try to reconnect my car battery to the negitive connector the alarm goes off untill I put the key in the ignition, alarm goes silent but car will not start.
I have no fob for the alarm. I found a small unit (ruffly size of a deck of cards, no markings except "QC PASS") under the dash driver side, I thought it was the alarm unit but after dissconnecting it the alarm still goes off (I believe this is just for the power locks).
Can anyone tell me why my alarm is going off, how to remove it, disable it and/or recommand a good lake a can push my car into?
Dude, there’s deffently a Red wire that looks post-production attached to both positive and negitive connections (not to post). A scary red wire. I could dissconnect it. Anyone else think this is a good idea?
If by "key switch" you mean the alarm fob, then that has been lost.
