I live in an apartment with my girlfriend. I work at a bar late on the weekends, often leaving her home alone until I am done with my shift early in the morning. We have a deadbolt locked door into our apartment but the door is older and our neighborhood is somewhat questionable. What would be the best security system for keeping her safe while I’m at work. It has to be something that will not sound when I get home from work, waking the neighbors. Hoping to not spend a ton of money or having to wire something. Any advice would help…

My Ademco home alarm system has previous been set to call Cincinnati Bell in the case of a disturbance or fire in the household. I have gotten rid of Cincinnati Bell’s services however, and I was wondering how I could reprogram the system to call my cell phone instead.

I am looking in to getting a home security system for my home. What do you all recommend. The only really that I know of is ADT, but I know there are more out there.

I don’t know if i’m posting this in the right section, but i’ll give it a shot. me and my husband own a mobile home and are looking into getting homeowners insurance. are there any good reliable insurance companies that insure mobile homes and it’s contents, preferably cheap? we would like contents included as we have quite a few valuable things in our home.
