Q-See, Swann, Lorex and many others make consumer grade night vision cameras… Wired or wireless (still need wires for power), feeding a multi-channel DVR… For about $1,000 you can get a low-end system. BH photo video and Frys Electronics have decent selections and are both reputable.
I’ve found the least expensive cameras, that last a little more than a few months, will start at around $150 each. Spend less and expect them to fail after a few months so replacing them gets expensive. As for security DVRs, there are 4, 6, 8, 9 and 16 channel versions (a "channel" = a video feed, usually a camera).
