Really depends on the system, but generally there is a chime button that if hit will silence that sound. Otherwise you could unscrew the sensor from the door and tape it together. If its up high it might not be noticed.
Or just go out a window if there is no sensor there.
Try not sneaking out.
If you could just "bypass" it, it wouldn’t be a very good alarm system, would it?
