Trekerscout pointed you in the right direction.
However, If it comes down to rewiring the connections at the light I would do it differently.
Remove the black wire going to the sensor and cap/tape it off. Remove the red wire and cap/tape it off. Connect the incoming "black" to the black wires going to the socket(s). Sensor is now "out of the loop" so to speak. It is OK to leave the neutral connections tied together the way they are.
Now you should have manual control from the wall switch.
Unscrew the bulbs.
also: turn your light switch off that controls the Motion detector.
If you don’t have a light switch wired in the system, then turn your breaker off and then back on immediately. (I just read that last night) – that will send a message for the motion detector to stop detecting things.
PS: I bet dollars to donuts that your motion detector does not have an "off switch".
Check the detector head for set switches. If it is a model that has set switches (not all do), then you want to set the motion detector to "off" versus one of the time delay options (often ranging from 1 to 15 minutes depending on model). With the motion detector switch in the off position, the light should function as a photocell controlled light. The photocell may also have a selection switch with options such as off (manual control), 3 and/or 6 hour delay, and dusk-to-dawn.
If there are no selector switches, then the detector head will need to be manually disabled by disconnecting the wires connected to the input lead (black) and output lead (red) from unit and tying those wires together to bypass the detector entirely.
