You need an additional piece of equipment. Specifically, a relay. Radio Shack should have something that will do what you need.
I’m making a not so educated guess that you would need a relay or two to make the light turn off when tripped. Essentially making the sensor trip the relay that would then cut power to the light.
I don’t have much experience with those sensors, but I’m guessing that the red and black are power and ground, respectively, and the white wires are connected in line with the light. Use the white wires to trip your relay and have the relay connected to said light, which should cut its power. Again, I don’t have much experience with this particular project, so I could be wrong…but it sounds right to me : /
