I got the Black Ops prestige edition because game stop didn’t have anymore but i found one at best buy and i decided to get it so i could get the surveillance remote car and the 4 map packs. so now that means i have 2 discs of the same game because i already got the regular Edition opening night. What im wondering is will i still have everything on it if i used the new one because of the hard drive or will i have to do all the stuff over again?
im going to sell the other one on ebay, craigslist, amazon, etc for , what i paid for.
it comes with a card for the code for the DLC i think

I’m not a paranoid schizophrenic, but I just want to cover all my bases.

The Police confiscated my computer after my loony-ass cousin tried to accuse me of having child porn. Their investigation was, of course, to no avail. The charges/investigation are still "pending/ongoing". They had my computer for about 2 weeks, but gave it back. I just wanted to ask and see if anyone knows the possibility or legality in reference to the police being able to monitor my computer via some remote program, or some other form of spyware. I know it is technically possible, but I don’t know if it’s likely (if for instance, it is illegal).
I have a Macbook pro, but I don’t know if OS is relevant. It’s not that I really care if the police know what I’m doing, but I kind of care, you know? Even though they are only going to find hundreds of pages of engrish, failblog, deviantART, and facebook, it is just unnerving know that they are "watching" me, or maybe not.

The maps will probably be 15 dollars when it comes out to DLC. so far.
The avatar outfit is probably about 1-2 dollars all together. -77 so far.
The steel book finish, collectors medal with a case for it. I’d say that would be 10 dollars. .
Now the car has a range of up to 200 ft. An audio and video transmitter, so you can talk into the microphone on the remote, and people will hear it from the car + see live footage on the remote’s screen.

Seriously, I’ve seen NOTHING about this, yet in 2000 a joint CIA-Pentagon effort was agreed to locate Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan. Well thanks for the reassurance folks! Looks like I have been watching too much of the Paranoia, Err, History Channel. It is an interesting thought though, as the Predator drones have been in combat use since 1995, and it really wouldn’t be impossible to merely override the flight controls to be remotely operated. Maybe I’ll start watching Animal Planet from now on. =D

okay so there is this crazy lady where i work. i am a security guard at the main gates at a residential community and i work graveyard shift from 11pm – 7am. my boss has told me/warned me that there is a lady, who lives at the residence, who will sometimes take her clicker and open the gate in the wee hours of the night. it doesn’t scare me because i know its her. i know when someone is coming (there is a surveillance system) and i also know when someone clicks their gate remote because the box receiver is in the post i am in so i hear it click. now it has gotten really annoying lately. she literally spies on me to make sure that i am up and doing my job. she does this repeatedly sometimes up to four times a night! i just want to know, is there anything you guys i suggest i should do about this? i want to mess with her, but i don’t want to get fired. thanks!!
there is a camera set up pointing to the entrance gate and that is the gate she has access to with her clicker. however, there is no camera that is pointed to the exit gate, so i can’t really see what’s going on there.

there is 2 ways she can come near the guard house: 1) her street 2) the main street

every time i see the gate open, i immediately go outside to investigate, but she is no where in sight!! -_-

the receiver of the remotes is in the guard house, and i can unplug the box to disable any remote activity, but i do not want to risk the fact that anyone could come home at that time and find that their remote isn’t working

oh and sometimes i sleep when no one is around lol.. like from 2am-4am in the bathroom with the light on, and i’m pretty sure she still spies on me
***should i really send the cops to her door?? i don’t want to prank call anyone… let alone risk my job for her stupid ass, either way the cops will have to go through me to get to her… remember i am the one who is at the gate.

"The proposal being advanced would see the International Monetray Fund, first created at Bretton Woods, given only limited new surveillance powers, and instead see the lead global role go to a little-known organization that had a short and inauspicious existence before becoming the main forum over the last year for financial chiefs to debate ideas, hammer out differences, and appeal to other countries for joint action.

Known as the Financial Stability Forum, the organization has a tiny staff based in Basel, Switzerland, and currently draws all its authority from its membership of finance ministries, central banks, supervisors and regulators from an eclectic mix of countries and territories first brought together by the Asian financial crises, from Canada and the U.K. to Singapore and Hong Kong.

It has acted in the last year as a workshop where financial chiefs have rolled up their sleeves behind closed doors and tried to figure out what to do in the face of the kind of financial crisis that occurs once in a lifetime.

"The Financial Stablity Forum has stepped up," said one central banker.

Several of the recent market interventions by Ottawa have their genesis in meetings of the FSF, while banks have worked closely with the body.

"I think the FSF is a very viable vehicle," said the head of a Canadian bank.

But one of the first tasks in preparing the FSF for its new expanded role is widening its membership to include the big emerging economies, he said.

"We need China, Russia, Brazil at the table because that is where the growth is," said the Canadian bank head.

An IMF official told the Financial Post that the stability forum was likely to expands it membership long before the monetary fund reformed an outdated quota system that gives European nations disproportionate representation on its board at the expense of fast-growing economies.

The official said the chance of a sudden breakthrough at the IMF seemed remote, and indicated the momentum for a radically new role for the fund had dissipated.

And given the huge problems just our central bank the Fed has created through monetary policy against individual citizen interest, are Americans benefited by removing policy even further from impact by the common man?
