How come the policemans thinks that the burgularly attempt was an alarm malfunction ?
I was sitting on the computer looking at some stuffs when all of a sudden the burgular alarm went off and it told me it was my front bedroom window so I immediately called 911 and notified the police about the situation. This is not the first time this has happened because the same thing has happened last week. But when they brought in the K-9 dogs to sniff around the places i said i saw the burglars ran they said they founded no trace of people at all. The Lieutenant officer then said he thinks it’s something wrong with the burglar alarms system and requested me to tested it. How come they think it’s a alarm malfunction when i saw someone ?? Do you they think I’m playing false alarm games ?? I was home alone when that happened and i feel like no one believes me of what i saw. It has happened multiple times this past few weeks and I don’t know what is going on right now.
What could I do to make them believe me there was people trying to break in ??? My stupid digital camera ran out of batteries when I tried to take pictures of the burglars on the outside of my house.

You should go to Home Depot or another store like such and buy the automatic lights that turn on when someone walks within distance. That alone would probably keep whoever it is away, and would give you a clear view as for if someone really is there or not.
they think that because you had a false alarm before…. but if you seen people running away it dosent really matter you have 0% chance of catching them if theres no trace and its easier for the donut eating police to make up excuses
and btw its possible they may have attempted it before if i was you id get cameras outside small ones
