The battery is low and the thing beeps all through the night. I’ve lost the manuel and the owner’s video does not address my sensitive issue . Help I need sleep

I can’t seem to find a manual online for your system. Your monitoring company should be able to tell you how to do this. Give them a call.
But the most common way to silence is either the # sign or the clear button if you have one. But the thing is it will only last for 24 hours. So if you silence it at midnight tonight, tomorrow at midnight it will start beeping again. Even worse, if the battery has just started to go low it may go in & out of being low, causing the beeping to restart everytime it goes back to being low.
If you’re not using the system at all you should just power it down. Unplug the power supply from the wall, disconnect the positive and negative from the battery and then remove the phone jack from the security panel.
