Find Out About Home Security Systems And Home Alarm Products
I swear when i signed the contract they told me it would only be for 3 years, but apparently its for 5yrs. I know i should i have read the contract a little better, but i was having a new home built, and the paperwork i was reading through was overwhelming. I obviously overlooked the fine print but, any suggestions?
I’m trying to study for my exams but going crazy because every 60 seconds or so our fire alarm beeps.
It is hard wired into the electric and somehow connected to a honeywell alarm system. How can I get it to stop beeping? Our alarm system hasn’t worked in 3 years and we’ve never had this problem.

Where can I locate this back up/9-volt battery? I took off the alarm part itself and all I can see is a cluster of wires.
I’ve had Yahoo 3 years and this is the first time this has happened. Someone keeps hacking into my email and using my contacts list to send out emails. I only find out about it when I receive a mailer deamon. Does anyone now what to do?
I collect SSDI (social security disability). With good income, savings, and credit, I easily qualify to purchase a home. I have a home under contract. I have started escrow. I have signed heaps of loan documents.
This afternoon, my loan officer asked me to furnish proof that my disability is going to last 3 years or longer, or a letter stating that my disability is permanent. This has me in a pickle. I’ve been disabled since 2003. I am reviewed every 3 years. I just had a review in May, so that means I have just under 3 years of guaranteed payments before I’m reviewed again. Social Security chooses to use the words ongoing and continuing, but will not say "permanent" for even a quadrapalegic because she too may walk again???!
If there are any lenders out there–please let me know how we handle this situation. I can get my doctor to write a letter with a professional opinion that my condition is not likely to improve (i.e. permanent). Has anyone dealt with this.

An adt representive came today with this quotes: 3 years contract +0 for part and install.
a month for burglary, fire, service plan cellular transmision.
I have 4 door / 2 motion sensor / and 2 keypad
Told adt i’m not paying 0 and 3 years contract + a month.

I told him why should i sign up for a 3 years contract when basicly i have to pay for part and installtion. I can pay the 0 but don’t want to sign the contract. It just sound stupid to me.
So, I’m 14, and there are really cute guys there that used to live near me, but moved 3 years ago. And when they see me i want them to be like WOW. So, its not like dressy or anyhting, just a bunch of familys coming together at our local clubhouse, the superbowl is playing on a big screen, and everyone brinks some kind of food like dips, and brownies.
so what should i wear, and how should i do my hair. (my hair is down to my boobs)

OK, I live in the city so don’t have a ton to cover and my back yard is fenced, but I have a lovely neighbor, who is "insane" and he comes over when I’m gone and walks by and pulls out my plants, I raise and sell flowers. I don’t have much money but I’d like to buy some type of movement activated pinhole type camera and turn him in to the police. He is an electronics buff himself, so if I put it up I will have to make sure he can’t see it. This has been going on for years, and I’m sick of it. any suggestions ? I have no idea where to start but I want it legally on video. and so I can show it to him and show him I know what he is doing,. He does it in the day time but is very casual and sneaky about it as if he is picking a flower and pulls up the whole 3 ft. tall flower plant
in the summer about 3 years ago. someone came into my very exposed and open front yard and dug up a huge poppy plant between 10-noon in the middle of the day, I don’t think he would hesistate to dismantle anything he can see!!! But I suppose if he had to climb up on my roof, that might be a bit too obvious huh >?
After having our cracks fixed in our sheetrock (the seems) in our home recently after the home turned 3 years old, we noticed that the hard wired fire alarms all have a dark spot on the wall above them. The spot is also on the top edge of the fire alarm itself.
They all work, but just wondering what this spot is that the fire alarm is leaving.

It also seem to be a really dark dust. Kin of like a smoke type dust, but there are no smokers in the home. It seems to be on the top of the smoke detector as well.
I’m considering having an electrician take a look at it, if I can’t find a logical answer.

Over 3 years ago I applied to a very big Police Department, I passed everything but was put on review for psych and was sent a letter a year later stating I had failed. I had put on the written that I had seen a psych when I was 17, which I didn’t believe was an issue, I believe that may have been why I was disqualified. I really feel like I got a raw deal that time around, but thats in the passed and I am looking foward.. Now I have just passed a psychical agility for a Corrections Department. I am really praying everything goes right. There are lots of guys retiring soon and not many persons passed the agility test. (only 9, they are looking to hire 5 right now and 4 more at the end of year supposedely)What do you guys think my chances are at getting hired: Here are some of my good point and bad points of my past
Bad:
Three Prior Arrests- 18 Years old- Shoplifting- Convicted of disorderly Conduct.
20 years old- Disorderly Conduct- Result was ACD
23 Years old- Disorderly Conduct- Resisting Arrest
Prior Disqualification from Police Department.
Since I was 15 also Ive had over 10 jobs (25 now). however many of these were temp positions (summer jobs) when I was home from college, I have never been fired once in my life. Or written up. Will they understand that?
Good Points:
I am currently employed as a Private Investigator. I also have years experience in Security and bouncing.
I am very imposing physically
I have never used drugs before.
I am a born again christian, I found myself a year ago, and since my life has been wonderful (Should I even tell them this at the interview)
I have over 10 Police Officers who will vouch for me as references.
Also for my shoplifting arrest (19 years old), I take responsibility for, I will not sugar coat it, what I did was wrong but that is behind me. the Disorderly conduct’s I was collared for are a different story, the 1st one(21 years old) I was left a bar for some pizza, and they wouldnt let me in because I didnt have a stamp (my jacket with my keys was in the coat room, so I insisted on being let back in, and was collared), and the other discon(23 years old) there was an altercation with a guy I knew whom was using my cell phone, I was inside of the bar, when I walked outside I saw the cops had taken him down to the ground, and my phone was broken on the floor, I was told to leave and just requested that I could get my phone together and be on my way. Then was collared for Dis-Con and resisting.
Please give me some advice guys, I have also been told by some in LE, that I should neglect to tell them I was ever DQ’ed from a Police department in the past. I think it was my honesty about seeing a shrink and not the arrest that got me DQed the last time (when I was 21). As my background inv. told me everything was fine with my background last time I applied, and pretty much told me I was in the academy pending the psych, but I failed the psych. Any of your advice on what to say during interview would be greatly appreciated. I would really be estatic to get this job, almost all of my family is in Law Enforcement. I have mad some mistakes, But I am a good, honest person. I look foward to hearing from you brothers
