I am A Private Investigator well established in California …. 3 years ago I was hired by the big companies BMW, Benz, Us Bank, to find out what was happening to some 700 cars that just would vanish. I broke a huge auto theft ring and a lot of people went to jail. Part of my undercover I found some narcotics officers doing some bad stuff…. I never snitched on them…. as the police and other agencies have always been my friends. In fact I ignored what I saw.

After I found those guys doing some bad stuff …. 3 weeks later I was dragged from my home saying my 150 thousand dollar Mercedes was used in a robbery and they said I was a getaway driver, I ask if they had a warrant they said they didn’t need one and took my car and me out of my garage, I asked what the charge was they said robbery, 211, 32pc… they said I was a getaway driver of a pre-paid cell phone.
Like I have to steal… well they set bail at 100 thousand and I bailed out. I found my car in the lab with black shit all over it; they did circle K testing on my car if you know what that means? They pulled up my floor boards etc. …. circle K testing aka took apart my car!

The person who accused me is an auto thief… here’s the scary part before this happened I kept getting calls drop this case or you’re going to jail etc usual threats I get in my biz. But I noticed I a few months before hand that I was being followed by cars and by police helicopters ….. I was under 24/7 surveillance. I need to know what agency would have this kind of money to do this? and how to make it stop?

I go jogging and a sheriff helicopter will follow me, at night I have choppers that post, I’ve worked with gang units for 15 years and they said wtf did you do wrong … they don’t bring this kind of surveillance out for anyone. I mean I was at the gang unit trailer at a meeting and the place was surrounded. I literally get followed by 4-8 police, or sheriff helicopters and these crazy remote one’s….. my friends from gang unit said some are remote. Everywhere I go, I have thousands of video clips, so there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind….. just no one knows how to make this stop, some have said I am a victim of a form of gang stalking but I really don’t believe in that bs… but I showed up late for court by ten minutes went to the wrong court room, and I was tossed in jail…. bail exonerated, and raised to 150 thousand dollars for being ten minutes late and my attorney was sitting right there in court on time! Took me 2 weeks to bail out!

I am the furthest thing from a criminal; I am engaged to a fed judge live in a rich area and 6 speeding tickets for a past record. The da is offering me 2 years in a state prison on this bull charge …. I mean it’s crazy. I get cut off late at night as in last night no one on the freeway, I was coming home from doing a surveillance of a husband cheating and 3 cars with no plates surrounded me and tried to push me into a semi…. I escaped and they took off, I pulled over and saw one of my police choppers chasing them down. I help put serious gang members of mafia families in jail my cases make the news… I never had any problems till I did this auto theft case, I assume I interrupted some serious drug money and there trying to silence me. I could go to internal affairs, I called the feds and of course they won’t confirm or deny but talked to me for 40 minutes. My rights are being violated day in and day out, I need a serious answer as to who to call or what to do. Everything I’ve just said is the truth.
Btw I have 34 PI’s that have documented yes she is being followed. So how do I make this stop! Please help with a serious answer, you might look in your rearview mirror and see cars…. I see choppers and the beauty I have it all on tape, I never state anything I can’t backup! So any ideas? I can’t believe I am on yahoo answers asking this but sometimes you just need an outside opinion! I need to know who’s following me. No smartass two cent comments, it’s a waste of yours and my time!

Over 3 years ago I applied to a very big Police Department, I passed everything but was put on review for psych and was sent a letter a year later stating I had failed. I had put on the written that I had seen a psych when I was 17, which I didn’t believe was an issue, I believe that may have been why I was disqualified. I really feel like I got a raw deal that time around, but thats in the passed and I am looking foward.. Now I have just passed a psychical for a Corrections Department. I am really praying everything goes right. There are lots of guys retiring soon and not many persons passed the agility test. What do you guys think my chances are at getting hired: Here are some of my good point and bad points of my past

Bad:
Three Prior Arrests- 18 Years old- Shoplifting- Convicted of disorderly Conduct.
20 years old- Disorderly Conduct- Result was ACD
23 Years old- Disorderly Conduct- Resisting Arrest (which I was not in the wrong for at all, I was trying to break up a fight)
Prior Disqualification from Police Department.
Since I was 15 also Ive had over 10 jobs (25 now). however many of these were temp positions (summer jobs) when I was home from college, I have never been fired once in my life. Or written up. Will they understand that?

Good Points:
I am currently employed as a Private Investigator. I also have years experience in Security and bouncing.
I have never used drugs before.
I am a born again christian, I found myself a year ago, and since my life has been wonderful (Should I even tell them this at the interview)
I have over 10 Police Officers who will vouch for me as references.

Please give me some advice guys, I have also been told by some in LE, that I should neglect to tell them I was ever DQ’ed from a Police department in the passed, But I don’t know if I should lie. As it could haunt me, but that was the advice I got from many cops familiar with the process. I think it was my honesty about seeing a shrink and not the arrest that got me DQed the last time (when I was 21). As my background inv. told me everything was fine with my background. Any of your advice would be greatly appreciated. I look foward to hearing from you brothers
thank you for your advise. I really hope this goes well. Also I should add, I was never convicted of any crime Technically in my life only dis-con. Also, Yes I am hoping I can get into Corrections to Transfer sometime to Sherriff patrol in some time as I am from Law Enforcement family, and I have made some bad judgements in my past but I feel I could be an asset to Law Enforcement.

for some background, my boyfriend of 3 years passed away in a motorcycle accident about 2 years ago now- it had been and off and on, him cheating sort of relationship, but with that strong attraction and pull that you can’t get away from. He also tended to have that whole "can’t stay mad at you" type personality.
I had been in a roommate living situation and had a roommate move out and a new one move in, pretty much right after. This new roommate and I didn’t talk much, but eventually it ended up with us being the only people living in the house and we did start to become friends. we moved to a new place and new years of this last year ended up becoming more, and entering in a relationship.

Anyway randomly this morning my alarm woke me up in the middle of a really strange dream.

All I remember is being at my parents weekend house (which they have since retired to) which was in the woods, and from the outside was small, and nothing special. Then once inside, it was like a mansion very nice things inside, rugs and elaborate paintings hanging on the walls. Anyway My ex was there, and he was alive, something along the lines of having to fake his own death because of protection or something like that. So I was basically trying to stow him away. Then there was randomly another person that I’m not sure really who it was, and I was going to have to hide them too. Anyway I dont remember if my current boyfriend was there or not at this point, but my ex was looking around and found a room behind a hanging rug which was covering what looked like cabinet doors. Upon opening the hidden cabinet/door, there was a very small room which for some reason we kept referring to as a priest’s quarters. On the wall was a small box that sort of looked likea fire alarm except that it was had two front red doors that you opened up and then more little things you would have to open and do to get into it. I was curious and opened the door but when I realized it seemed like some sort of lockbox type thing I closed it back up thinking i coudl set off an alarm or something.

I was telling my ex all about how I would have to check with my parents to see when they were going to come to the hosue next and he would have to hide everythign of his every time he left, etc. Then we were sitting around and the next thing I know the police come to the door because apparently by opening what I had of the little box, I had tripped some sort of silent alarm. At this point I remember my current bf also being there and he and my ex getting along just fine (in reality they had met only once or twice in brief through mutual friends, etc, but never really knew each other, though my current bf pretty much knows everything about my past relationship). I talked my way out of the police situation, saying i didn’t know what he was talking about, etc, and he accepted and left. At some point while sitting around i was sitting in the middle of my ex and my bf and I asked my ex to crack my back for me, and he did so and to my surprise my bf was fine with it and not at all mad. The next thing i remember we were coming back to the house, like we had left to run an errand, and came back to find the police and my parents, at the house (though I really mainly only remember my dad being there). And knowing that we had left all ofmy exes stuff out, we had to go say something. Sometime around this the 3rd person whom I cant remember turned into an old grey haired man, and we left him behind. So i went to talk to my dad and while he was mad, he agreed to help hide my ex. The police were gone and we were walking back up to the house when my dad said something about the box, which I hadn’t told him I’d touched at all, and he said something about checking for his valuables. My ex then reached over and handed my dad a gold ring, which somehow I knew was my dads… but I have no idea how he had it or why. Something else happened where my dad hired the old unknown man to do some work or something, but I don’t really remember that too much. Then my alarm woke me up and I remember feeling really strange and confused.

I haven’t had a dream about my ex in a LONG time… and i only really remember having one of him since he died… and I dont really remember many of my dreams in general anyway… So I’m wondering what all this is supposed to mean?

I am having a difficult time with ADT. We are renting a house and the prior tennant(from 3 years ago) had an ADT system put in due to the house being broken into. The CURRENT Owner, isn’t the account holder with ADT. They won’t tell me who’s name is on the account so i can tell the real estate agent for contact. They also told me that i COULDN’T cut the power to the system.
B.S.!!!
First of all, the DSL on my computer is constantly setting the alarm off, i have disconnected the phone line from the unit and now it beeps every 15-20 seconds continuously. There has got to be a way to cut all power to the unit without setting any other alarms off. WE arent’ paying the bill neither is the owner. Therefore, there is someone out there paying for a service, that also has the key codes, and the remotes for this system!! This is not the safest of situations i’ll tell you that. What else can i do???

when we moved to my house like 3 years it was already there in the wall…it didnt bother us until now …we dont use ADT …all we use it for is when we open the doors/windows it makes a beep….in the ADT theres a yellow light the says trouble….how do i stop the annoying beeps??

i am on the fence with home security, anyone know the BEST price that Brinks can do for monitoring and smoke/heat monitoring? i am currently at .99 per month, and i’d like to spend less than per month over 3 years, anyone out there have this contract in place (recently) or have any ideas how to get them down?

Our neighborhood in Kansas City, MO is normally a safe neighborhood, but some reason burglaries have been on a peak these past two months, with 4 of my close neighbors being robbed, and one of them I witnessed. I need to get a Security system, but places like ADT and Brinks require 3 years contracts, which in the end turn into ALOT of money! Is there any local sercurity company that you recommend, or have had experiences with?? Which company have you found to be the most affordable. Thanks-
