I’m looking to get my parents an alarm for their big shed that has been broken into twice this year. I don’t want one that sounds an alarm in the building, I would prefer it sound the alarm in their house. I would really like a chance for the cops to get there and catch them. Does anyone have any suggestions of brands or where to go to find one. I appreciate the help.

HEY, okay I am scared.

All my friends and family are telling me to relax but I can’t after a very shocking thing that happened recently.

Okay, so me and my friends went to this fun center place on Sunday night to play laser tag. Their laser tag arena is really cool it has all these flashing lights and steam and techno music plays during the game.

But a few days before that, this guy I hate named Scott was really angry at me. Scott smokes cigarettes and he used to smoke weed also and he also HAS A GUN THAT THIS 18 YEAR OLD GUY GAVE HIM!!!

So Scott was angry because his family and the police found out about his cigarettes. Scott thoguht I was the one who called the cops on him because he knows I hate him. It wasn’t me though!

So the police searched his room and found the cigarettes and they also found some weed he never smoked and they took him to the station but all he got was 2 months probation.

I heard Scott wanted revenge on me so I was kind of scared to go to laser tag with my friends but I went anyway and so did all our girlfriends. I decided I had plenty of people to look after me if Scott tried to confront me.

So during one of the laser tag games, someone threw up and they made everyone leave the arena while it was being cleaned up.

So we were hanging out around the tables by the snack bar and Scott showed up and he was with his girlfriend. He saw me and he was like alright time to die and he pulled out the really big gun!!!

One of the staff members saw and pulled the fire alarm and everyone ran out of the building and Scott chased after me with the gun and people were calling the cops and I actually ran into the laser tag arena!!

It was dark and I couldn’t see a thing and I was running really fast to hide from Scott!

Scott kept chasing me and I didn’t know where he was and then the lights turned on and Scott was standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WITH THE GUN POINTED!!!

So I was like really scared and Scott was standing there and he was seriously getting ready to shoot me and I kept hoping to get it over with!!

So then my girlfriend and Scott’s friend Ryan came in and the saw everything and my girlfriend was really shocked. I yelled QUICK TARA JUST LEAVE and my girlfriend ran out in tears. Ryan ran into the arena and he pushed me away. Then he came right up to Scott and Scott was like WHAT DO YOU WANT B*TCH!! And then Ryan took the gun from Scott because he actually wanted to shoot him! Scott and I were both victims now!! Scott was like you don’t have any reason to shoot me! and Ryan was like i have every reason to! you don’t deserve to live!! and I just stood there getting really nervous!

So Ryan finally shot the gun like 10 times and most of them missed and just hit the wall but Scott actually got hit by a couple of the bullets! He fell on the ground and he was bleeding and I was so shocked and I got really dizzy and then I fainted because my blood pressure dropped really low from the shock of the event.

So I woke up a couple minutes later and Ryan had run away and then the police came in and they asked me if I needed medical attention because an ambulance was on the way. I said I was fine and then they asked me questions about it and I was able to respond to them.

The ambulance came and took Scott and the cops arrested Ryan and they said Scott might be facing charges too. My girlfriend kept asking me if I was okay and I said yes and then we quickly left and drove home and I could not sleep all night.

Scott had a surgery and he is in a coma. I heard he’s facing minor charges for having a weapon and violating his probation.

Ryan is actually being charged as an adult for shooting Scott, even though he’s only 15.

So people keep asking me about this and I keep saying I don’t want to talk about it because just thinking about it makes me really scared. Is it normal for me to feel this way about an incident like that?!

live grenade dropped in your lap? Rumors are going around Lem survived but I don’t see how this can realistically be explained even with the suspension of disbelief! we saw cops all around him and none of them reported any signs of life or movement.

Trying to bust someone stealing stuff from my garage at night, need a good security cam to identify who it is. need something without flash that can be hidden and take their picture in the dark clear enough to id them, so i can hand evidence over to the cops who "don’t have any leads"…without the person that has been stealing knowing their picture was taken… any suggestions?

Ok, so Im a nanny for a family that has ADT. However, they never use the alarm unless they are out of town. I’ve never seen it on and don’t even know the code. But today, I heard it beeping so I called the mom at work but she didn’t know the pass code either. But then the cleaning lady opened the door and the alarm went off. The cops came and it turned into a big mess. I got the alarm off but it still says everything is armed. I am scared to open the doors in fear that the alarm will go off again. Ive called tech support and they were unable to help me. Does anyone know a different way to get it to disarm without the code? I know it’s a dumb questions cause it would’t be safe but I just thought I’d ask. Thanks!

Someone broke into my house today while I was gone. Makes me mad. I have a nice house and work hard for my stuff. Rural area, takes the cops 30 minutes tops to get to my house. I am thinking of buying a closed circuit camera system that records to DVR and a set of motion lights for the doors and an audible alarm system. What else should I consider. Oh yeah, I just got my .38 special out and made sure it fires good.

I was in class at E7 (technology center) and suddenly the fire alarms were activated….we left the building as required and after that we have told to come back to class. 10 min later a cop told us to left the building inmediately…all the campus was closed and cops told to left the campus…also, some streets were closed…..

I left the campuss and went home
Does anybody know what was that??? I’m curious…lol
It is but ELAC is not exactly at east LA, this campus is in Monterrey Park…
OMG! I know what happened! I went to http://www.elac.edu and it says that was closed for a gas leak…

I live in the state of California.

Is it legal or illegal to have video surveillance camera (without audio) in my own room, dinning room, garage area and the front main door inside my own house? When i have people visit me and they see the video camera on the celling in my dinning room is it legal to have? Can the people sue me or call the cops on my because i have a video surveillance inside my house? Thanks.

we are living in a duplex, but we have a shared backyard with separate entrances. The other day he concealed a webcamera behind the window of the bathroom facing our entrance to the backyard, where we usually spend time drinking tea, beer and just talking. A spare beach umbrella was used to close the view of the camera and the recording. On the next day, the neighbour covertly mounted a webcam already outside the house, on a bbq grill, half closed with towels. But i see there is a wire coming to the grill and a microsoft logo from between the towels. You know, i feel so embarrassed that my private life is under surveillance of a probable pervert or maniac. Can i call the cops in this case?
I have heard that if the camera is installed in his part of the house, i cannot do anything, but if it’s on a shared backyard, it should be labelled with "…under video surrveillance…"

what should i do?
