Went of at 530am today everyone was asleep, only on second floor I believe, went for about 20secs then off on for another 30ish, dad left to take alarm to home depot or something and took the alarm for inspection m. I’m way to scared and skecthed out to go back to sleep, we’ve got 2n1 Co and Fire alarms on all 3 floors we all sleep on the third, family of 5 just died in Whitehorse, Yukon cause of CO and I’m pretty freaked out. Who do we call, 911, 311(city) or what cause I kind of want an inspection to be done of my house etc. Not feeling any if the symptoms of Co poisining. Any general assistance/help/tops would be greatly appreciated

Sorry this is a little unorganized

My sister and her boyfriend want to get temporary custody of me from my mom who lives in Oregon. My dad passed away last year so its only my mom we have to fight my mom. I’m not sure where I’m a resident of right now because after my dad died i was forced to live with my mom in Nevada i lived there for a year and right now im in California for summer break to visit family(my mom moved to Oregon while i was in California) however i have been staying at my sisters house since June 10, 2011 so she thinks that might make me a legal resident of California? I don’t really get mail here other than one piece of mail i got because i ordered something online. Could that one piece of mail make me a resident? I don’t know how that works. Anyway my mom is coming to California in about two weeks to get me and take me to California. My sister and her bf are hoping to get temporary custody by then then later go for full custody.
I have tried reasoning with my mom, Ive told her why i don’t wanna be with her.
She has never really been in my life very much and the only reason I live with her now is because my died and she is my only other "legal Guardian" otherwise i would still be with him.
I honestly believe my mom wants me to live with her so she can get my social security checks, neither her or her husband have jobs..they live off my checks and they have been for the last year
My mom is never home and that money i get from my dads passing is supposed to go to help with necessities for me, not for them to spend on cigarettes and new gun.
anyway i need to know what i can do to get this started ASAP any forms, info, websites, lawyers you know about in both California and Oreon would be greatly appreciated!
oh BTW what are the living condition standards in Oregon? If i was with my mom i would not have my own room and i would be sleeping on the couch which is a MAJOR upgrade from how we were living in Nevada.

So I had a really complicated dream the other night, I was supposed to be at Thorpe park and instead it was like a shopping centre, and the fire alarm went off and everyone left the building and me and 5 others went out a different way and we had to run away, so we were running but instead of just running across grass or roads, it was like we were running through the slums, like the film slum dog millionaire, and eventually we were at the top of the country near scotland in the place an old friend had moved to a few years back… Anyway we stayed there for the night and the next day my dad pick us up, we went home and the dream repeated :/… Sorry if this is complicated, but I’d really like to know whether it means anything?

child was living with their father, dad is on disability there for all of his kids (3 kids total) get 0 each a month also.

custody is changing and mom is now having custody of 2 of the children (the other is from his current wife)

do the 2 children that have been receiving a check get cut off of the social security because they move out of dads home or does the check now go to mom to care for the children as dad doesn’t work and cant pay child support?

I dealt with a similar situation with my brother when my mom was unable to care for him no longer. he received a check because of her disability and I had to go to the office to show that I was now his guardian but it was a temporary guardian that we had to sign a paper every year. his check came to our house to be used on his needs. but don’t know if its a different situation since that was temporary custody rather than full custody

Why is it chirping ? I cannot reach it to replace the batterys and my dad will not be home to change the batteries until six its 1:23 and its getting really anoying. I think its the batteries but man is it anoying and i closed the door and its still chirping. Will it run out of battery in a few hours or will it keep chirping until six ?
There is no way for me to reach it and none of my neighbors can reach it. Do i just have to put up with it chirping for a few hours ? the ceiling is 8ft and our ladder is sadly lacking in height and our neighbor with the big ladder will not be home until seven tonight.

i got this clock and my dad threw away the manual so now i don’t know how to change the alarm time on the clock. it wakes me up at six in the morning every day when i need to wake up at eight! how do u change the time?

HAHAHAHA so after I ask where a security code is located, you imply that I’m stealing from my father?!?! HAHAHAHA! I am most certainly not stealing from him!!! I just called him and he doesn’t know what I’m talking about (I’m getting stuff off Amazon.com WITH HIS PERMISSION) so I just thought I’d ask a question instead of waiting for him to come home, cause I have no clue when he’s going to come home. So if you’re wondering whether I’m stealing or not, the answer is no. But hey, nobody ever said you weren’t giving me ideas :~)

My brother pulled the fire alarm at his school hes 15 and he was sent to a "Boys home" My fiance tells me that its a juvenile hall. Oh and his dad (we have different dads) said he will be home friday…
