Find Out About Home Security Systems And Home Alarm Products
I am having a brand new house built, in the next couple of weeks it will be at the point where I need to install my own ethernet and security cameras before drywall goes up as the builders do not do this themselves. If anyone has any tips of how to online it will be much appreciated. I want ethernet in every room and 4 cameras out doors.
This happened a few years ago and it’s always just left me wondering, so I wanted to get some thoughts from law enforcement.
We were out of town for about a week, locked all the doors, set timers for the lamps, did everything we could for safety’s sake. Arrived back home after vacation to find our garage door wide open, random lights left on in the house, ceiling fans running, and most oddly this antique rocking chair we had set in the corner of our basement was dragged out into the midding of the room, facing out the basement picture windows (that look out onto a golf course) like someone was just sitting there enjoying the view.
Nothing was missing from the house, or seemed to be tampered with besides these few things. The police came out and the only thing they could tell us was that there were scratches, from a ring, on the garage door handle, and none of us wear a ring.
For law enforcement people, have you seen this before and if so what happened? Other opinions?
The only people who knew we were gone were the grandparents. This is in a fairly upscale area with little crime as well, but at the time there were teenagers living next door so we never counted out that they may have come over. But they did not know we were gone.
I have sibling that try to get into my room. That annoys me. I want to make a HOMEMADE alarm for my bedroom so when them open my door or walk into my room the alarm will go off and I will hear it all over my house. Can you help? I want to make a EASY one. So easy that anyone can make it.

Like some doors, my bedroom door goes in. What I mean is that when you open a door it may go out towards your direction, but mine goes in (like inside my room, not out. So I can’t hang anything from a shelf in my room thinking it will fall and make a noise when someone opens my door.)
We have 2 doors and 2 windows with adt alarms; if a window without an alarm is opened will the alarm go off?
i have a clifford matrix 12 security system (4 button remote). i was able to program my replacement remote to lock/unlock doors but it does not arm the system…. does anyone know how to arm system??? any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks in advance!
The equipment is expensive and monitoring is expensive too.

Unit B: 2 doors, 13 windows

I have a 2000 doege neon ES 4 door, its in pretty good shape except on my dashboard it reads "DOOR" as in the door is open. I have checked all my doors numerous times and can’t find anything wrong. They no longer auto lock at 18 MPH like before either. Is is sensor? How do I fix it? How long beofre my bettery dies? Because the door alert is always on so are my dome lights? What is the best plan of attack here? Thanks so much
Also, if one of the door sensors is broken how do I find out which one it is… And in the owners manual and the fuse panel it doesnt really show clearly what fuse it is… Thanks again
