What part of a car would be considered a constant ground for installing a do-it-yourself alarm system?

Does the red wire go directly to the battery?
I brought Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 last November (2008) and i take my computer back to "factory settings" every 3 months or when i want to. I have already done it 3 times since i brought Kaspersky and i was wondering how many times can i actually keep installing it using the same license key.
Befor i take my laptop back to "factory settings" i uninstall Kapersky as it offers my to keep the license key.
Thanks very much all!

My neighborhood association has security cameras around the gated pool area, which members must use access cards to enter. We have a problem with kids jumping the gate to gain access, many times vandalizing the facilities. They’re most likely neighborhood kids but for whatever reason, don’t have an access card. Either way, they shouldn’t be jumping the gate.
I have images of them caught in the act. But we’re not really sure who they are. Would posting their photos on a bulletin board in the facilities be legal? What about posting on the password-protected neighborhood association website? Or sending out in our regular newsletter?
We’re just thinking that getting the info out and getting the neighborhood involved in holding these people responsible is the right thing to do. But does the law work against us here?

I just started playing wealth wars and it is quite entertaining. In this game you get to fight, cheat, and steal from the rest of the world. Wealth Wars uses a combination of war and hide and go seek.
In order to make money, you have to either search the map or attack other players.
1.Search the map. You can find money in deserted bases and the mountains.
2.Attack other players. You can first spy and see if they have any fortifications. Then you can attack that players home base loot their funds. Just make sure you are not detected when you attack their base.
You also have the opportunity to become more powerful and protect your earnings by upgrading:
1.Attack level. For breaking into other peoples bases.
2.Fortification level. To protect your home base.
3.Stealth. Enables you to not be seen by the other player’s security.
Security. Good for detecting people trying to breaking into your base.
These upgrades help you progress in the game by becoming a better player or you can keep it in the bank. However, you can be attacked at any moment while you are away and your money will be stolen. Everyday at 12:00 AM the clock gets reset and you get to make 300 moves for the day.
You can make unstoppable alliances with friends and rule the world. However, friends are not friends forever. Make sure to choose your friends carefully as there may be a spy in your alliance looking for free cash.
You have the opportunity to cash out at the end of the month via paypal with minimum cash out at . You also earn through referrals.
This game is compelling. This game is great and best of all you have the opportunity to make a little cash.
My 15 yo 9th grader came home from school the other day, telling me the teacher had "whipped" him. When I asked why, he told me that it was because he ran to the door when the fire alarm went off. That evening the teacher phoned to say that my son was constantly "disrupting her class". When I asked her if she whipped him, she became irate, admitted that she merely "popped" him. When questioned further, she also admitted that she told him he needed to be whipped every day. Our school does have a strict corporal punishment policy. It is to be administered in the presence of a second adult, and only after all other discipline methods have failed. This was the 1st notice I’d rec’d about his behavior. Also, it is not to be carried out in the presence of other students. This teacher seriously violated the school’s own policy by hitting my son in the classroom. I’ve not gone to the school board or the principal yet for fear that my son will be retaliated against. How should I handle this?
Public school, not private
Apparently some answerers didn’t read my question details. I have spoken with the teacher. I DO know what my son *asked* when he was told he needed to be whipped everyday, and humiliated in front of the class. Asked teacher to repeat directions. Teacher admitted that to be the truth. Corporal punishment policy in our school dictates that students are not to be "whipped" in the presence of other students, and then only when all other forms of discipline have failed.
hsfromth…..My son and the teacher agree on what happened. I didn’t have to take anyone’s side, or believe my son instead of the teacher. The problem I have with the teacher is that she failed to abide by the school’s policy for corporal punishment when she struck him in the presence of other students, without due process (no prior notice to parents of student misconduct, not notifying the principal, not notifying parent in writing of whipping [I had to learn about it from my son], and the fact that it was used as a first line of punishment, which is against the school’s Corporal Punishment Policy).
Everytime my mother cooks using the stove, the carbon monoxide detector goes off. It seems like every sunday when she cooks for a long period of time faithfully the detector goes off like an hour after the stove has been shut off. I take it down remove the battery and open the windows. about 20 minutes later i put it back up….no alarm goes off. the battery is new so that shouldnt be an issue. The only thing i am fearing is a possible gas leak. What should i do?
This is a programable Thermostat
I’ve never had a insurance agent ask me for this before, and I just wanna make sure there’s no disadvantage to doing this.
I’m getting homeowners insurance and an umbrella policy. The agent just said he wanted to look at the property management contract to see who is reponsible for what so he can see how much insurance I need.
