is that a possible reason that my smoke alarm keeps going off? my humidifier is in my bedroom which is pretty small and has very little ventilation…can it set my smoke alarm off?

Where is the best place to mount a humidifier, on supply or return duct? Or does it not matter?

I have a humidifier that has been in the closet all summer and fall and I just got it out but now i can’t find the product guide anywhere and I want to clean it out to make sure that its blowing out clean air. does anybody know the best way to clean one of these? do i need vinegar or will just soap and water do?

I know I have two stage heating – Heat Pump and Gas. I also have a humidifier on one of the two systems. Should I get one TH8321U1006 for the system with the humidifier and one TH8320U1008 for the system without a humidifier?
