I have kaspersky internet security 2009. Can i used that to get rid of a virous?

just bought 2009 kaspersky internet security, it tells me that databases are corrupted and you need to update to solve the problem, i update but it gets stuck at 99%, how can i fix it

I have a computer with 320GB hard disk and 4GB RAM. Which internet security is the best for light impact on my system. ESET Smart security, Bitdefender, or Avira.

My laptop recently got the XP Internet Security virus. It will not allow me to open any internet pages. I really need to get rid of this. I am on my PC right now, but it’s important that my laptop is available ASAP. Have you had this virus? How did you remove it?

It was foolish to pay internet security 2010 but at that time I had not been able to get out the internet security 2010 screen. And more than worse, they charged me US109.85 and I found out that they sent the charge to my card company not in their name Davince com but good-fix com. I sent the e-mail to good -fix com but the address was not correct as a matter of fact.

Whenever I open Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, there’s a box at the bottom which says "Total Scan: *instruct number*.
How do I stop that from scanning all the time? If you have Kaspersky you know what i’m talking about , and yes i will pick the best answer.

I have 3 computers in my home they all need to have the internet security updated. The last time I updated them I had Geek Squad do it and they made me purchase a different disc for each computer.

I’ve just downloaded Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. But when I installed it, the whole thing is in chinese. I don’t want to uninstall it because it seems to be working properly and I paid HK8 for it (yes I am currently living in Hong Kong and that’s where I bought the kaspersky from). Does anyone know how to change the language from chinese to english? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
