We’ve had a rash of break ins lately. Neighbor has been broken in to 7 times in the last two months! We want to catch these guys. We’re thinking about purchasing night vision cameras. Anybody have one or know of a good, reasonably priced company?

My backyard neighbor started by putting a flood light up that "flooded" my entire backyard and into my windows that face their house. That has gotten really annoying. Since then she’s clearly mounted a surveillance video camera outside of her third story window. I’m assuming, as it’s very high up, that it can clearly see into my backyard and possibly some of the windows of my house. My question is, is it legal for her to do this?

My neighbor is putting up a surveillance camera and since both of our apartments are in the corner, it is aimed directly on my yard. My younger sister loves to go outside and now I feel someones watching her and some of the other neighbor’s kids. My apartment complex has a lot of restrictions, too. This apartment complex isn’t very ‘wealthy’ and they can only afford one surveillance camera, so I know they didn’t ask him to put it up. I was just wondering is it legal for him to put up the surveillance camera aiming at my yard?

I live in a condo building with a shared garage door and I lost my remote. I bought a replacement remote at Home Depot. It’s a Chamberlain Clicker universal remote with two buttons. It has 2 banks of switches – one bank of 4 "brand" switches, and one bank of 12 DIP switches.

I tried to program the remote using my neighbor’s remote’s settings, but her remote only has one bank of 10 DIP switches. The brand of her remote is "Linear". I don’t know the brand of my building’s garage door opener, but I’ve tried to program all 16 combinations of my new remote’s 4 "brand" switches, also copying the first 10 DIP switch settings from my neighbor’s remote (with my last 2 DIP switches set to off) … to no avail. My neighbor’s remote works and I can’t get mine to work. Help!

I suspect my neighbor is sabotaging my privacy fence. What kind of surveillance camera would you guys suggest. I want the camera to be inside the house and networked into my LAN so that I can save video straight to my hard drive. Need something to record night and day. And please, not too expensive.

Why is it chirping ? I cannot reach it to replace the batterys and my dad will not be home to change the batteries until six its 1:23 and its getting really anoying. I think its the batteries but man is it anoying and i closed the door and its still chirping. Will it run out of battery in a few hours or will it keep chirping until six ?
There is no way for me to reach it and none of my neighbors can reach it. Do i just have to put up with it chirping for a few hours ? the ceiling is 8ft and our ladder is sadly lacking in height and our neighbor with the big ladder will not be home until seven tonight.

I have a neighbor, he has surveillance cameras around his house back and front yard. My house is stuck together with his. No it’s not mansion like what you see in Hollywood. It’s just a small neighborhood houses. It’s like one of those stack houses.

My neighbor just told me that my internet connect is not locked with a security code and any wifi user can connect to my internet. How do I lock it with a security code so that only people with the code can use my internet?

Okay what I need to be able to do is record my neighbor when she is having her out bursts shouting and yelling at me and throwing stuff at my cars aparently the way I look sets her off. That is a whole different story though I need the audio and the video to work preferably through my computer or some reasonably priced system we don’t have a vcr and I want it to record over longer periods of time and to be able to make replay these things to the police when she lies about what she did. The police have gotten somewhat wise to her since they actually asked her what she meant by things the last time and she told the police that the dog was loose if he was on a leash! and that the curb was the street and that was where she was going to put the garbage she also told them that if she couldn’t make me move my car from the public road that she would park on the street blocking the drive way so we couldn’t get out once i have documentation of her threatining me I will file a restraining order

My neighbor’s alarm clock will go off for about an hour whenever they are not home and wakes me early in the morning and keeps me awake!!
