What is the term for a robbery done when you are not home.
And The amount of things lost was around £300-£500
Is a home invasion robbery reasonable grounds to break a residential lease? It was very real with masked gun men, a full police response and report.

I think they should. The robbers love looking for easy targets. If there is no surveillance camera they know they could easily get away with it. The cameras would not only prove who the robber did it, where he went, what he looks like but if the robbery ever actually happened in the first place. This could save lives!
What do you think of this? Is it good? They also require them to have carbon monoxide alarms and fire alarms and phones. So why not surveillance cameras?
I live in MD. If I were to shoot somebody as soon as they get into my house, would I be charged with anything? What are the things that are/are not allowed to do during a home robbery in Maryland?

That is fine. When it does there will be chaos and people will take to the streets. Anarchy will reign!
At that time paper money will be worth exactly that, worth less than the price of paper and ink. I will be able to create a bill with pencil and paper worth the very same. It will buy you nothing, especially security.
There will be riots and fires and violence. Lots of violence.

Did you believe in the right to keep and bear arms? I did and will use them to defend myself, my family and others I believe to have similar values.

There will come a time when we will come for your food and water, not just my group but other groups that will also want your wife and children as well as all of your possessions. Do not fool yourself, you will have but one choice. Who will you pledge allegiance to?
There will be no flag or national guard. They were part of the govt that failed. We have taken their guns and their tanks. Who will you pledge allegiance to? Who will you give your food and water to?
We wont be able to trust just anyone so you would have to pledge your allegiance to me, I would have to be able to depend on you in times of trouble.

Do they have someone looking at it 24/7? Or do they just look through it when there’s been a robbery and they need evidence to show to the police?
I’m wondering because my friend shoplifts alot from drugstores and I’m worried that she’ll get caught.
I am A Private Investigator well established in California …. 3 years ago I was hired by the big companies BMW, Benz, Us Bank, to find out what was happening to some 700 cars that just would vanish. I broke a huge auto theft ring and a lot of people went to jail. Part of my undercover I found some narcotics officers doing some bad stuff…. I never snitched on them…. as the police and other agencies have always been my friends. In fact I ignored what I saw.
After I found those guys doing some bad stuff …. 3 weeks later I was dragged from my home saying my 150 thousand dollar Mercedes was used in a robbery and they said I was a getaway driver, I ask if they had a warrant they said they didn’t need one and took my car and me out of my garage, I asked what the charge was they said robbery, 211, 32pc… they said I was a getaway driver of a pre-paid cell phone.
Like I have to steal… well they set bail at 100 thousand and I bailed out. I found my car in the lab with black shit all over it; they did circle K testing on my car if you know what that means? They pulled up my floor boards etc. …. circle K testing aka took apart my car!
The person who accused me is an auto thief… here’s the scary part before this happened I kept getting calls drop this case or you’re going to jail etc usual threats I get in my biz. But I noticed I a few months before hand that I was being followed by cars and by police helicopters ….. I was under 24/7 surveillance. I need to know what agency would have this kind of money to do this? and how to make it stop?
I go jogging and a sheriff helicopter will follow me, at night I have choppers that post, I’ve worked with gang units for 15 years and they said wtf did you do wrong … they don’t bring this kind of surveillance out for anyone. I mean I was at the gang unit trailer at a meeting and the place was surrounded. I literally get followed by 4-8 police, or sheriff helicopters and these crazy remote one’s….. my friends from gang unit said some are remote. Everywhere I go, I have thousands of video clips, so there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind….. just no one knows how to make this stop, some have said I am a victim of a form of gang stalking but I really don’t believe in that bs… but I showed up late for court by ten minutes went to the wrong court room, and I was tossed in jail…. bail exonerated, and raised to 150 thousand dollars for being ten minutes late and my attorney was sitting right there in court on time! Took me 2 weeks to bail out!
I am the furthest thing from a criminal; I am engaged to a fed judge live in a rich area and 6 speeding tickets for a past record. The da is offering me 2 years in a state prison on this bull charge …. I mean it’s crazy. I get cut off late at night as in last night no one on the freeway, I was coming home from doing a surveillance of a husband cheating and 3 cars with no plates surrounded me and tried to push me into a semi…. I escaped and they took off, I pulled over and saw one of my police choppers chasing them down. I help put serious gang members of mafia families in jail my cases make the news… I never had any problems till I did this auto theft case, I assume I interrupted some serious drug money and there trying to silence me. I could go to internal affairs, I called the feds and of course they won’t confirm or deny but talked to me for 40 minutes. My rights are being violated day in and day out, I need a serious answer as to who to call or what to do. Everything I’ve just said is the truth.
Btw I have 34 PI’s that have documented yes she is being followed. So how do I make this stop! Please help with a serious answer, you might look in your rearview mirror and see cars…. I see choppers and the beauty I have it all on tape, I never state anything I can’t backup! So any ideas? I left my father due to abuse, I let him know I was going to my mothers. Few days later my mother and i called him and asked if we could pick my clothes. He agreed and with my house key, I grabbed my possessions. Until the police came to the scene because of a robbery call. My father set us up, he set up a silent alarm when i was with my mother so he could be contacted from his office when we arrived in his house. We were handcuffed, my father talked to the police and accused my mother of kidnapping her parental were rights terminated when I was 2. He also had planted a bag of cocaine outside the home and said he found the bag in my room after my departure. Police dropped drug/theft charges and the sergeant confirmed abuse w/father and wrote a paper giving my mother custody.
The 2nd Report was made a day later, my father anonymously contacted Emergency Children Services and said I was kidnapped.
He made a 3rd report 2day and said I ran away from mother. All three have been closed.
