These are spy pictures and video taken without permission with watches, key chains, pens or eye glasses cameras without audio? Are they legal to use for surveillance and investigations?

I have an outdoor area that needs surveillance but there seem to be tons of systems on the market. Are there any reputable websites that attempt to provide reviews and ratings of the systems or at least brand names.

My backyard neighbor started by putting a flood light up that "flooded" my entire backyard and into my windows that face their house. That has gotten really annoying. Since then she’s clearly mounted a surveillance video camera outside of her third story window. I’m assuming, as it’s very high up, that it can clearly see into my backyard and possibly some of the windows of my house. My question is, is it legal for her to do this?

I had a cash deposit appear in my bank account a day ago and inquired at the bank about the trans. They gave me copies of slips and information pertaining to the transaction that occurred. They confirmed that a person came into the bank with cash and made a deposit. Unfortunately I still cannot figure out who made this deposit and depending on the outcome it could lead to a can of worms for my bosses wife…. I asked if I could see the surveillance video but was informed that I would have to have a court order. I would like to figure this out the simplest and cheapest way possible what else should I do and how or where do I get a court order. Im in Atlanta GA

Stores like circuit city, or best buy. It seems that to go through months of surveillance videos to find out what happened to a laptop or camera would be too cumbersome. Think about it, all those cameras, and you have to check each one’s recordings. Or, do these stores outsource these tasks to different companies? It seems to me that surveillance videos are more of a phsycological deterent than a real phorensics tool, but what do you think, or know?

Some people are complaining of organized surveillance with no known warrant, and no authority usually will tell them why its happening. Some have been told "its homeland security"; "you’ve been red-lined"; "its the military". What’s odd is some criminals are part of the community surveillance, and use it for illicit drug operations including for being "look-out" person for security of each other, businesses, etc.. But the innocent citizens that are targeted by this system are somehow deemed undesirable, dissident, whistle-blower, etc.. A few police agencies have acknowledged this is happening including the use of psychotronic weapons being applied. It is not widely reported in the corporate controlled news. Government progaganda says mental illness or chimerical thinking is involved to cover-up. In May 2007, On CNN (news) , CIA even admitted using the remote weapons on a college student to harm mental and physical health. What is going on??? How has this happened in the USA with our Constitution and Bill of Rights??

I’m in charge of a ghost hunting team. And I’ve always had to record surveillance video with a laptop. The problem is that it’s not the best quality laptop. And recently it’s only been running the recording program when it wants to. So I’m looking to invest some of our current team funds into either a new laptop or a DVR. But I’ve heard rumors that DVRs don’t work that well when they’re constantly being plugged in and out and are always on the road. I’ve heard that they’re not the most reliable machines when you have to travel with them a lot… On the other hand, the downside of getting another laptop is the price. I’ll have to pay several hundred dollars more. And I don’t have the funds to do buy one at the current moment.

In my situation, which machine (between a DVR and a laptop) would work best for me? And also, are there really traveling woes for a DVR? Or is that all bs?

Problem is, I don’t recognize the girl in the ATM surveillance video. However the good news is that I’m 99% certain I know where my PIN was stolen from (it’s the only place where I’ve used my ATM card to make a debit purchase in the last year, and my bank account was hacked into not long after that) so I have a lead, and I can go from there. This is obviously a ring of thieves and not just one person.

Obviously it helps your cause a great deal when you know the source of your identity theft.

Can I go to the media and have her image plastered all over TV and the internet so she can be identified? (I would offer a reward for this, given that she stole 00 from me).

Note: the bank is not the victim here. I am. The bank has not reimbursed me and has not given any indication whether they will. Unless they do reimburse me, this is my case and I’m the one that has to press charges against this b-tch.
