My medical alert dog died last year a day after having 00.00 in surgery. I have a new medical alert dog now I got from a shelter. It is very hard for me to pay this surgery bill. I’ve only managed to get it down to about 00.00 in 14 months. I live on Social Security Disability. I was hoping someone might know of any organizations that help needy people pay vet bills. My vet clinic even threatened to send my bill to a collection place when I got behind when my rent was raised. I’m worried they won’t agree to treat my new dog. She needs her shots this month.

We pump them full of drugs, beat them, starve them, push them before their skeletal systems have developed- and in the end if they get hurt, they’re euthanized because honors don’t want to incur any more fees like vet bills or sending them to live on a farm being a stud horse. It just doesn’t seem right to me.
