Just interested what Wireless Home Security System might be better between the GE concord 4 and the GE Concord Express.
I am searching for a decent (not too cheap, not too fancy) wireless home security system to place outside my attached garage. I would like it to be completely wireless, including cameras, if possible. A monitor, preferably handheld. And weather resistant, including cold temperatures in the winter. The more info, the better!(brand, store, price) thanks in advance!!
I want to install a basic to intermediate wireless home security system to my condo and not sure which one to get. Basic requirements are
1. at least 5 contacts to secure window/door
2. will notify me through phone/email
3. pet immune motion detector
4. easy to install & expand (add more accessories later)
5. reliable and low maintenance
Price range is 200~300, I have no problem to go beyond that if it’s worth it. So far two brand names seem to be possible candidates, Skylink Deluxe Kit and GE Simon 3, but I’m not sure I’ve checked the right place for info. Can you suggest a system/model that would best fit my needs? and which vendor to buy from?

Most of us now relied on our cell phone more than the house phone like old days. Eventually the house phone just sit at home to collect dust. Basically I do not wish to wasted a month on something I will no longer use. In fact, I do want to install a home security system that doesn’t required traditional phone line. Yet still be able to monitor the house 24/7 at their headquarter. Will notify the police, fire dep, or ambulance.
Beside ADT or Brinks. Are there any Wireless Home security system out there is trustworthy? I saw uControl online but never heard or know anyone use it before.
So please if anyone out there could help .. let me know!
