Why the police officers thinks that the burgular break in attempt was an alarm malfunction when i saw people?
I was sitting on the computer looking at some stuffs when all of a sudden the burgular alarm went off and it told me it was my front bedroom window so I immediately called 911 and notified the police about the situation. This is not the first time this has happened because the same thing has happened last week. But when they brought in the K-9 dogs to sniff around the places i said i saw the burglars ran they said they founded no trace of people at all. The Lieutenant officer then said he thinks it’s something wrong with the burglar alarms system and requested me to tested it. How come they think it’s a alarm malfunction when i saw someone ?? Do you they think I’m playing false alarm games ?? I was home alone when that happened and i feel like no one believes me of what i saw. It has happened multiple times this past few weeks and I don’t know what is going on right now.
What could I do to make them believe me there was people trying to break in ??? My stupid digital camera ran out of batteries when I tried to take pictures of the burglars on the outside of my house.

You are going to have to put out the extrra money to buy a camera if you want the real proof…….

If you show them the proof, they have something to go on to take action…..
burglarly is on the bottom of their list to resolve, too much , too time consuming and no evidence…..
Police claim that they can not do anything unless they have some sort of evidence,your word is not enough for this policeman,how unfortunate,i guess it save him paper work.
